"The Fear of Judgement" captures the intense feeling that others are judging you while eating. Sometimes, to the mind of an eating disorder victim, it can feel like all eyes are glued to you during a meal. The many spectators and their piercing gazes at the table here exaggerate this feeling, staring into the viewer.

My name is Mera Foster and I am an emerging artist in Tacoma, WA. I work in oils and acrylics to express my experiences with eating disorders and dissociation with a vivid palette and hyperreal scenes.
